During those turbulent years, I found someone I thought would be my lifelong companion—my ride-or-die for two decades. She became my anchor when my relationship with my family was strained, my bridge to a sense of belonging. But then, she betrayed me.

Her parting words were daggers: “You’ll never amount to anything. I’m disappointed in who you’ve become—just a housewife.”

Those words broke me. They echoed in my mind, cutting deeper with every replay. But they didn’t just break me—they lit a fire inside me. At first, I wanted revenge. I dreamed of building something so big, so powerful, that she couldn’t help but envy the life I had created.

But as I walked this path of ambition, something profound shifted within me. Her words no longer defined me; instead, they became fuel for my purpose.

I turned my pain into passion, founding Finding Your Place in Life—a space for people like you and me. A space where we can share our pain, find connection, and heal together. A space where no one has to feel alone, unworthy, or “not enough.”

Through this journey, I discovered something extraordinary: healing isn’t just about letting go of the past—it’s about rewriting the narrative of who you are and what you’re capable of.
